Put that together with some soft brightly colored cushions that repel the rain and dry quickly and you have a great place to spend the summer months. Chairs made from teak or cedar are excellent choices for furniture that will be exposed to the weather. These woods have natural oils that protect them and keep them true and straight. Wicker is another good choice. You will find wicker loungers with a shiny white finish, a matte finish, gold or black as well as other finishes by various manufacturers. Many plastic or PVC chaise couches are made from recycled materials. Not only can you support the environment, but you can save money and still enjoy the comfort and good looks of a well-made piece of furniture. If you are looking for something that stays good looking around the pool you might try high gloss lacquer coated resin outdoors chaise loungers. These are resistant to suntan oils and chlorine and stay cool even in the hot, hot sun. They come in stacking or folding designs for easy storage. The high quality mesh dries quickly, repels suntan oils and won’t stick to the skin.
